The Women In Energy Network (WIEN) has recognized Gbite Falade, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Aradel Holdings PLC, with the WIEN Gender Advocate of the Year award.

Eyono Fatayi-Williams, President of WIEN, and her team, which included Asanimo Omezi, WIEN Executive Secretary, Onyema Obi, Director of WEIN Media & Publicity, and Bassey Alorye Adie, WIEN Director of Partnership & Conferences, presented the award to Mr. Falade at Aradel’s headquarters during the weekend.

According to WIEN, the accolade reflects Aradel’s dedication to fostering diversity within its workforce.

WIEN stated that the rigorous selection process culminated in Mr. Falade’s unanimous election by the organization’s entire membership.

 Mr. Falade, in his acceptance speech, expressed his profound gratitude for the recognition and reiterated Aradel’s unwavering commitment to promoting diversity in the workplace, a value that lies at the heart of the company’s ethos.
