Wole Ogunsanya, Chairman of the Petroleum Technology Association of Nigeria (PETAN).

Osaze Isesele, Event Director, described the forum as a central platform for strategic dialogue on Nigeria’s gas monetization agenda and energy-driven industrialisation efforts.

He added that the event is endorsed by the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources and co-hosted by the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), positioning it as a trusted meeting point for policymakers and private-sector players driving Nigeria’s “Decade of Gas” policy.

According to the organisers, GIF 2025 will not only provide a high-level platform for cross-sector collaboration and investment discussions but will also feature a vibrant tradeshow, showcasing innovative solutions from local and international energy stakeholders.

He emphasised that the forum remains a unique opportunity for government leaders, investors, and indigenous operators to explore partnerships that will accelerate Nigeria’s ambition to harness natural gas for sustainable development, energy security, and regional integration.
